With over 30 years' experience in the vacuum service, our fleet of vacuum equipment is regarded as the most diverse and largest privately owned fleet in the UK. This gives us the ability to remove and recover products from some of the most challenging environments, with the added bonus of no environmental release which would be presented by standard manual or pneumatic cleaning.

This method of industrial vacuumation is ideal for removing materials from hoppers, pits, silos, tanks, vessels, or just loose on the ground.
Dry materials we can remove include: APCr (ash), Biomass products, Powder (from fine to granular), Various aggregates (including sand, gravel and cement), blockages.
Wet products we can remove include: Sediments, Sludge and slurries, Filter cake.
Our vacuum units range from 4" to 10" capacity, static and lorry mounted and with the addition of the following abilities to add to a proven method of industrial cleaning:
• Suck and pneumatic conveying of recovered product
• Product change aiding
• Bulk bagging plants
• Pressure discharge delivery
For products that cannot be bagged directly by our mobile Disab tip system, we can provide a mobile bagging hopper that can be deployed direct to your site. We can vac your spillage or product up, and transfer it through to our mobile bagging hopper system and into 1 cubic metre bags for future use or disposal.
