Can you please pass on my thanks to the team for their excellent work during the outage. Looking back over the last ten days, the amount of work that has been undertaken and delivered on time and to a tight timescale is amazing. A fantastic team effort by everyone. PG (supervisor) was superb as per last year, supervising and directing the team. Excellent effort, thank you and well done!

I would like to personally thank you and your teams efforts in supporting [client] delivery of the 2021 Annual Outage, as with 2020’s Outage the team were very client focused and got the job done with minimal support from the site team which makes our lives that much easier to focus on the other work fronts and emergent work. If I could issue medals for key players during the outage both [supervisor] and [supervisor] would receive one, whenever asked to look at another job or safety issue they did not hesitate in assessing what was needed and provided a solution to get the job done, two outstanding leaders within a competent and safety conscious team.

Where to start… The Intech team have behaved in the most accommodating, professional and effective manner. The finish achieved has been superb. I could go on, but to summarise I have been very impressed by the whole team. [Operative] was great and they upheld our safety standards to the satisfaction of our on site H&S officer. Our next outage will be starting September 2021. Can you accommodate for similar work scope but also include – Boiler & Economiser Shot Blasting? Thanks for the great work by your team. We look forward to welcoming them back.
